Thanks to Kim Hickson and the team at Ross Mortgage, my wife and I were able to get a mortgage on our new, forever home. We first called Kim the week after we found our new home and closed barely 6 weeks later. Thanks to Kim's availability, professionalism and attention to detail, the mortgage part of the buying process was something that we never had to worry about. Ross provide a secure, web-based interface to exchange documents and communications about the mortgage process and Kim was always at the end of a phone call or email to answer questions. My wife and I could not have asked for a more transparent and easy to follow transaction. We would highly recommend Ross to anyone for their mortgage needs.

I cannot thank Ross Mortgage and specifically Kim Hickson enough for the amazing work she did with our mortgage. As a first time home buyer, the entire mortgage process was completely new to me, and I had actually made the mistake of trying to work through my credit union prior to being referred to Kim. After 4 weeks my bank came back to me and tried to force me into a 20 year mortgage, leaving a very sour taste in my mouth. I immediately called Kim and up against a closing date deadline, she delivered in half the time and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The one piece of advice I would give to any first time home buyer is to call a professional mortgage company first. The difference between the level of service, professionalism and personalized attention Kim and her team gave me, made my bank look like a second-rate organization. I cannot thank her enough and would STRONGLY recommend her services to everyone I know!

This review is so long overdue. Mark Mitchell has helped me through the purchasing and selling transactions of three different homes. I have nothing negative to say about all of his help. He was very knowledgeable and could not have made things go more smoothly each time. The only thing I would change was my interactions with the morgtage processor Celia. I feel like she could be much more professional and helpful in her correspondence. I would recommend Ross, especially Mark to anyone.

We transferred in the middle of our mortgage process from a large company to Ross. I can not say enough about how happy we are that we changed! Our mortgage took 21 days from start to finish and anytime we had questions they were answered within 24 hours. They walk you through to process and explain everything! Mary Jagel is the best!!!!! Michael Fischer is hands down top notch. Not only is he an amazing loan officer, but he stands as a leader in the mortgage industry in helping loan officers from across the country improve their business. One of the main things that Michael does is that he is an advocate for Veterans and has launched trainings to make sure loan officers are well-educated to make sure we are taking care of our Veterans 100%

Patty Leitzel was great, I used her for an investment property recently and she has also saved a couple deals for me when a buyers mortgage company didn't want to be bothered! Quick service and easy to reach, very important in a real estate transaction!

Tony walked me through every step of my mortgage process. He was available day and night and worked with me to solve minor problems that came up - he even helped me wire my closing funds to the title company when I found out I wouldn't be able to get a cashier's check from my bank in time for closing in two days' time! He and his team (Pat and Lisa) were knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything.
